Closing the curtains does not mean an end, we are taking a break to come back with a bang the following year. We are gearing up to encourage more humanitarians in the coming days. We hope our awards will help the humanitarians achieve more and be recognised in their society. Take Care International Foundation annually hosts the “Kings of Brands “awards. This award is to recognise and appreciate people in the business sector. To applaud those who have taken their business to a greater level by hard work and thinking innovatively. This year “Kings of Brands” awards is to be held in November at Dubai. The release of the poster for this event happened at the “Pride of Humanity” awards. His Excellency, Y.M Tenku Dato’ DE. Hishammuddin Zaizi Bin Y.A.M Tengku Bendahara Azman Shah Alhaj, Tan Sri. It was an advantage for TCIF to have partnered with a well-established foundation like LEAD Malaysia who not only trusted and worked with us throughout the event, but boosted our confidence by giving us a free hand. It has been a fruitful journey and we definitely hope to work with you in our future projects.

Life time Achievement Award is given to someone who demonstrates exceptional service and leadership over a significant period of time. Pride of Humanity is elated to give this award for the year 2022 to DCP DATO’ SASIKALA DEVI SUBRAMANIAM. From her first posting as an investigating officer in commercial crime division in Bukit Aman in November 1991, to being currently appointed CPO of Selangor, she has passed many hurdles in her career and achieved greater heights. It was a moment of pride Take Care International Foundation to give this award at the Pride of Humanity awards to DATO’ SASIKALA DEVI SUBRAMANIAM as she is the first female from India to hold a high rank in Malaysia. His Excellency, Y.M Tenku Dato’ DE. Hishammuddin Zaizi Bin Y.A.M Tengku Bendahara Azman Shah Alhaj, Tan Sri. Professor. Ms. Saranya - Member of Tamil Nadu Commission for Protection of Child Rights. An active member who plays a vital role in motivating young girls in addressing key topics of child education, safety and life skills. She also organised “Raksha”, a programme on child abuse, safety, family, schooling, parenting, resilience and career guidance that was conducted in many schools with high attendance. Your role to empower girls who are the backbone of the society is definitely to be appreciated and we wish you all the best in all your future endeavors. Mrs Rayhanah - Brand Ambassador, Raindrops. A true social worker who supports the students from lesser income families on their educational needs and also supports physically challenged kids through Reach the Beach signature initiative. We are short of words to appreciate your passionate work towards helping children of today to see a brighter tomorrow. May this award encourage you to help more deserving children. Mr. I. Paramthaman – A well-qualified lawyer who is now an elected member of Egmore Legislative Assembly Constituency of Tamil Nadu. He is not an armchair MLA, but a down to earth person and an able executor. He is also an Executive Member of Tamil Nadu National Law University, Trichy. You are an asset to the people and you act swiftly according to the needs of the people and the society. We highly appreciate your humble esteemed work towards a brighter tomorrow. Mr. Soundaraja - An Engineer turned actor and founder of the Mannukum Makkalukum Social Welfare Trust that commenced in August of 2017 along with the support of his friends and family. He has planted over 25,000 plants all over Tamil Nadu and has an active involvement in a wealth of social activity. Your humble work is not only an aid to the human race, but the environment and other living beings too. Congratulations on being a recipient of the award. Dr. N Darmalingam Nadarajan - Well known for his works that received many awards for research and development of Malay and Tamil. He is also known for his exceptional works in organising events deeply rooted to Hinduism. Mr. Govindasamy Annamalai – President of The Educational, Welfare & Research Foundation Malaysia, established in 1978. Working for this non-profit & non-governmental organisation, he has been empowering marginalised communities in Malaysia by creating platforms for empowerment through education, psycho-social counselling and welfare for B40 communities. Making the best use of your esteemed level to aid the marginalized community has to be recognised and appreciated. Congratulations on your work. Mr. Mooralitharan a/l Narayanan – Founder,Silambam Porr Kalai. A humanitarian who has worked hard to keep the art of Silambam in the country. He was the National Technical Chairman of Silambam Association for 10 years and being so he was able to bring in new ideas into the system for the benefit of the students and is now the international trainer for silambam in India, Singapore and Borneo. Your passion to make our native art grow in another country is a significant work and hope the award encourages you to work along your path. Professor Dr. Sudhir Ranjan Sen Gupta - Known as the Justice of Peace, Malaysia, he has contributed towards the social and economic development of the country. He continues to help in establishing and managing Private Education in Malaysia for the past 57 years. Dr. Gupta is an active participant in various NGOs and plays a vital role in promoting the culture and heritage of India in Malaysia. Your initiative to form a cultural bridge between two countries is highly commendable and we hope to see more of our beautiful cultures in Malaysia. Mr. Kuan Chee Heng (Uncle Kentang) - Founder and President of Uncle Kentang Distress Call & Help Center, The Crime Victim Help Association of Malaysia and Uncle Kentang Charity Organisation of Malaysia. The man is responsible for umpteen number of services to the vulnerable in the society. Mr. Kuan Chee Heng or more familiarly known as Uncle Kentang is a key person many rely on for assistance. He is often a bridge between those who offer help and those in need of it. Hats off to you Mr. Kuan Chee Heng, your continuous work towards the less privileged deserves to be highly appreciated. Mr. Pasupathi Sithamparam – Director, MySkills Foundation. The foundation that began with just ten students is now a big family with 106 in the past 22 years. The foundation now has its home in Kalumpang Hulu Selangor in a vast area of 34 acres with 4 warehouses. They give mentoring, coaching and social skills training for the lesser privileged youth in the society. Dato’ Dr. Florance Manoranjitham Sinniah - Founder, President and Volunteer of Sneham Malaysia, a non – profit organisation established in Oct 2018. Sneham champions in providing mental health awareness and suicide prevention through a toll-free line for low-income communities. Sneham is also a member of Befrienders Worldwide. Congratulations madam. To work with endurance to save lives is a god’s gift to the human race. Mr. Suresh Vayapuri – Besides providing weekly meals at the senior citizens and children’s homes, he also provided meals for about 100 to 150 homeless, single mothers and daily earners every day during the 4-month lockdown due to the pandemic. He continues to be a humble humanitarian by providing groceries on a monthly basis to the needy. Great work Mr. Vayapuri, your contribution to the society at the peak of need is highly appreciated. Ms. Rakvinder Kaur - Founder, Director and CEO of Dasvandh Sewa Malaysia, a humanitarian organization established during the pandemic. The organisation fought and worked for the medical and legal rights and safe deportation of foreigners especially Indians stranded in the country on employee visa. Congratulations Ms. Kaur for being a recipient of the award. Those employees were desperate to move back to their homeland and you kept up to their faith and guided them.
